    You apply for help here and never get returned calls. Place is a joke. Government workers get paid to do nothing

    I've called my case worker 4x and haven't gotten a call back. Lost my benefits because of it. I get that they're probably swamped, but maybe they should have someone leave them notes on who to call and they can make a "To do list" and call the people in the order in which they called. I'm going to have to physically go up there next week since I can't get anyone to return my numerous calls.
