  Terrible company. Disgusted with the service and representatives. If they really were about helping people with credit, they wouldn't do what they do. Ill never do business with Credit First EVER again! Sooo Disgusted! If I could i would Give you Half a star, maybe a quarter of a star!

  I had signed up with this company to receive a promotional six months free interest on $800 for a transmission that I had to replace. I sent in the payments via check about 12 days before it was due. When I received my statement I found out that I received a late fee for being one day late. I thought it was due to the snail mail so I sent out my 2nd payment 15 days before it was due date. When I received my statement again I found it it was again received one day after the due date. I then sent out my payment about 18 days before the due date and again received the statement showing that my payment was received one day late. I finally called the company and was told that they would not refund my late fees and told me that I should send my payments out earlier. It must be a policy of this company to hold onto checks received by mail until after the due date then deposit them just to collect late fees. If you are reading this post please do not consider using this company. Their are a bad bad company that does not want to build long term customers.

  Great company; personable customer service and never had an issue. 0% interest was a great deal when I got new tires right after winter. They even increased the credit line automatically. The Firestone card can be used any of their network which is good to have as tire companies are somewhat scarce around here in New Hampshire. On a side note it's interesting to see all the 1-star review...and their only review.

  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS! This is a very scummy company littered with unethical people! Here's my experience: I was on my way to vacation in South Florida and while driving through Lake Mary, FL. I had a flat tire at around 1:30 AM. I had a tow truck drop my BMW off at the nearest tire shop (unfortunately this one) and then I arranged to get a ride down to South Florida for my vacation. The next day I received a call from someone at this Tires Plus letting me know that they checked in my car and he recommended that all four tires be replaced, although only one was flat- so against my better judgment, I trusted them. We talked about the options and agreed on certain tires. A few days later when my vacation was over I arranged for a ride back to Tires Plus but I would not make it back to Tire Plus during their business hours so the service guy said that he would leave the paperwork in the vehicle along with the key. When I got to the vehicle there was no paperwork in the car so I drove the car back to my hometown and waited a couple of days to see if they would send me a statement in the mail... to my surprise, a week went by and nothing came in the mail. I called the shop trying to pay for the tires and the lady I talked to on the phone informed me that I need to settle up with First National Credit Association, I told her I have no idea who/what they are and she told me that it was the credit card I signed up for (WHICH I DID NOT AND WAS UNINFORMED ABOUT-- I NEVER STEPPED FOOT IN THEIR STORE OR SIGNED/AUTHORIZED ANY CREDIT CARD OVER THE PHONE OR INTERNET). I called First National Credit Association and opened up a fraud investigation on the account, a few days later they responded by saying it was not fraud because my vehicle received new tires and I "benefited" from their service so I am liable for the money owed. I told her that this is incorrect, I did not benefit at all from this. Come to find out, First National Credit Association is owned by Tires Plus and that's why they ruled that my case was not fraud. I asked that they provide me with documents to support their case and ALL the documents were FORGED and signed by a "point of sale" system which would have been impossible for me to do given that I was on a beach a couple of hundred miles away and never stepped foot in their shop. They forged my signature on the invoices, reports, and CREDIT CARD APPLICATION! When I looked into this further, they charged me a hell of a lot more than what was agreed upon and conveniently signed my name on the invoice saying that the overcharges were approved by me- WHICH THEY WERE NOT! Then I looked into my vehicles onboard data logger (which records the vehicles speeds, when it was turned on/off, braking, etc.) someone DROVE MY BMW FOR 12 MILES AND AT SPEEDS OVER 65 MILES AN HOUR AFTER THE TIME THE INVOICE SAID THE VEHICLE HAS BEEN RETURNED TO ME- WHICH WAS FALSE- I PICKED UP THE VEHICLE A COUPLE DAYS LATER (AFTER MY VACATION). So long story short, PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCUMMY PEOPLE. THEY WILL MISTREAT YOU AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOUR MISFORTUNE. THEY DID THIS TO ME BECAUSE THEY KNEW I WAS ON VACATION AND COULDN'T COME BY TO MONITOR THEM (WHICH IS ALSO WHY ONE OF THEIR EMPLOYEES TOOK MY VEHICLE HOME WITH THEM). NOT ONLY DID THEY OVERCHARGE ME WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, THEY COMMITTED FRAUD BY OPENING A LINE OF CREDIT IN MY NAME, AND USED MY VEHICLE WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, WHICH I WOULD CONSIDER VEHICLE THEFT. I sent the company (sent certifieds to Shop address, corporate address, First Credit National Association and the parent company) certified mail demanding them to remove the debts from my name and I did not receive any response (and its been over 6 months) and just last week I applied for a credit card and I was refused because this is a delinquency on the credit report. I have a tremendous amount of economical damages from this experience and now the area manager, Sara Rutledge, of Tire Plus who I called and left a voicemail for twice last week has not returned my calls. THESE GUYS ARE TERRIBLE!!
