- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I was not notified you bought my loan and when I tried to find a number for you it took me more then 20 min. on computer. you do not provide number to my bank which you draw my payment off. I am highly and beyond pissed. I am 2x a moth withdraw.. not biweekly. and have been harmed in your unauthorized withdraws. I highly recommend you do not use this service. I work up to 16 hours a day and when I try and call they are closed.. So gotta get out of this agreement I was not notified I was in... Signed bad idea...By Lisa Ireland, June 23, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I had never heard of a bi-weekly program prior to signing up. Since then I have had the freedom and peace of mind that comes with having Avalon taking care of your bill. If your lender happens to misplace a payment they will gladly review your payment history and get it rectified ASAP!
