- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆THE BANK HAS SHORT HOURS . THE SERVICE IS CORDIAL BUT MOST INEFFICIENT. CONSTANTLY HAVE TO WAIT IN LINE FOR A BANKER WHO IS USUALLY STRESSED FROM BEING A TELLER. MY EXPERIENCE IN THE CHICAGO MARKET WAS MUCH MORE PROFESSIONAL AND STRESS FREE. personal banker SAID SHE WOULD CALL ME BACK TODAY AFTER A TWO HOUR PHONE TO COMPLETE A TRANSACTION AND DID NOT.
